Dear Mexico,
Thank you for a most enjoyable day. It was nice to meet you in person. Your city of Agua Prieta welcomed me and I saw things I hadn’t seen in years.
And a lot of new things and experiences.
Through my host, Vicki, my coffee dealer, I met a music teacher, a youth counselor, a cyclist, a coffee farmer and a barista. I saw art and heard music and smelled tantalizing spices.
While I know many think you should stay behind that tall wall, it was nice to see a side of you that many do not see and experience. A vibrant, interesting place of color and life.
