He had a rich “radio voice” that filled the room and warmed you at the same time. You were at ease almost immediately when you met him and shook his hand. He smiled and looked you in the eye and you felt as if you already knew him.
Kin Jones was a friend to many. His business experience and knowledge of varied industries made him an expert. But he would be last one who would tell you that.
Selfless as a volunteer, we stood together at many Chamber events. If he didn’t know you, you soon knew him. He was a valuable member of my network always accepting my introductions and helping however he could.
Sadly, our network here on Earth is reduced by one. A real important one. But be sure that voice of his is warmly welcoming new arrivals Above today. While it will be a bit before I shake his hand again I know Kin will work the room until I get there and make all the appropriate introductions when the time comes.
