January gets the trade show and events world off to a running start. Here it is only the 10th and already one of the largest shows of the year is in the books.
Every year, there are stalwart shows that appear on the calendar early. The short list I am familiar with includes:
- CES or Consumer Electronics Show
- International Builder’s Show (IBS or NAHB)
- National Retail Federation (NRF)
- AHR Expo (the heating & Air Conditioning Show also known as ASHRAE)
CES has already come and gone already this eyar. Opening this week in Orlando and New York City, respectively, are IBS and NRF. AHR brings up the end of the month, opening on the 31st in Las Vegas.
