Some Simple Rules for Success

While not always the best place to look for sage advice, I’ve found that the comments below an on-line story sometimes contain some nuggets.

This morning, after reading a story about our “Powerball Economy,” down below the story was a comment from a fellow reader.  He came up with these simple rules for success:

1. Work hard
2. Be upbeat
3. Don’t be late
4. Be a go getter
5. Establish “great” relationships with your co-workers
6. Share your ideas
7. Have fun but get the job done
8. Leave nonconstructive negativity to others

Do these things and you’ll do just fine at work AND in life.

Not bad advice from a random comment (thanks, Kevins432).  I especially like #5, but #8 is incredibly important in this day and age.

Relentless
